Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Color Fading: We guarantee that the gold plating on our jewelry will maintain its brilliance over time.

  • Tarnishing: Our commitment extends to preventing tarnishing, ensuring your jewelry retains its original luster. Please note, sterling silver is susceptible to tarnishing, its in its nature to tarnish. This will not be covered under our warranty.   • Defects: We stand by the craftsmanship of our pieces, and our warranty includes coverage for any manufacturing defects.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

In the rare event that you observe fading, tarnishing, or detect any defects in your Mena Jewelry Co. piece, please contact us promptly at support@menajewelry.co. To expedite the process, provide the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the affected area, ensuring it is closely focused.
  • Your current shipping address.
  • The name/color/details of your item, in case clarification is needed.

Warranty Exclusions:

While our Lifetime Warranty is extensive, certain exclusions apply:

  • Jump Rings: Due to the nature of our durable jump rings, we are unable to guarantee full gold plating on the miniature circular loops. Replacing the whole piece will not solve the issue.

  • Alterations: Any alterations, such as trimming by a jeweler or re-painting, void the warranty immediately.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches or breakage resulting from normal wear and tear, including those on gold and steel materials, are not covered under the warranty.

Caring for Your Jewelry:

While our Lifetime Warranty ensures lasting quality, we encourage you to follow these tips to keep your Mena Jewelry piece looking its best:

  1. Gentle Cleaning: Use a soft cloth to clean the pendant and chain. Make sure whatever soft cloth you decide to use is safe for use on gold-plated Jewelry. A Mena Microfiber Cloth is included in most orders for added convenience.

  2. Avoid Certain Substances: Keep your jewelry away from sweat, perfume, chlorine, lotions, and oil to maintain its color and sheen. It is highly recommended to spray perfume or apply lotion BEFORE wearing your jewelry. It is encouraged to remove your jewelry pieces before any rigorous activities or swimming. 

  3. Proper Storage: Store your jewelry in its original box or the provided pouch to prevent scratching and accidents.

  4. Clasp Management: Lock the clasp together when not in use to avoid potential tangles that could damage the chain.

  5. Avoid Sleeping with Jewelry: While we hope you adore your jewelry, it's advisable to remove it before bedtime to prevent tangling and potential damage.
